Still traveling on Pierce Ferry Rd. south of Meadview. Gold Basin is dead-center on the horizon just above the most middle Joshua Tree. By the way, this is cattle country. |

While traveling north on Antares Road/Glenns Hideout Road, you'll pass the foundation of a ruins known as "Burnt Mills". Just after this, you'll make a hard-left then hard-right turn in order to cross the Hualapai Wash. If there is a chance of thunderstorms, stay out of washes like this one. Beware of "gully washes"! |
